The 12th STW SAFE 2009 Conference2009-11-27 - 2009-11-28Veldhoven, the Netherlands The Dutch Technology Foundation, STW's SAFE 2009 (Semiconductor Advances for Future Electronics) conference focuses on the technology and functionality of transistors, sensors and actuators. The aim of this workshop is primarily to bring together researchers from universities, institutes and industry from Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and the Netherlands, and to serve as a platform for discussion in the fields of IC-technology, -devices and -manufacturing.
