The 8th IEEE International Conference on Advanced Semiconductor Devices and Microsystems

The 8th biannual IEEE International Conference on Advanced Semiconductor Devices and Microsystems - ASDAM 2010 is well recognized and established event in the region in Europe and will be devoted to publishing the latest results of research and development in the field of new Semiconductor Devices and Microsystems (MEMS/NEMS). Its goal is to bring together leading experts from institutes and universities as well as companies interested in the progress of high technology devices and microsystems.

Venue

The ASDAM Conference will take place on October 25-27, 2010 in Smolenice Castle, House of Scientists of Slovak Academy of Sciences . This Conference will be already the 8th of ASDAM meetings, the well-established event in the region. The place of the Conference, Smolenice Castle, is situated in a beautiful landscape of the Small Carpathians Mountains about 50 km north-east of Bratislava.

Call for Papers

Authors are invited to send 2 page abstracts of their intended contributions in the following fields:

- Materials and Technologies

- Structures and Devices

- Modelling and Characterization

- Sensors and Microsystems (MEMS/NEMS)

All accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings and the IEEE Xplore.

Important Deadlines

- submission of extended abstracts: 15 May 2010

- notification on acceptance/refusal: 30 June 2010

- submission of camera-ready manuscripts: 15 September 2010
