Overview

RF Micro Devices is seeking an engineer for the development of prototype MEMS switches and resonators for RF applications.

Requirements

MSEE or equivalent and two years of directly relevant work experience is required, PhD preferred. Candidates must be proficient in process development for MEMS technologies. US citizenship or permanent residency is also necessary.

Responsibilities

This position will be heavily hands-on in process development. The engineer in this role will operate CVD deposition tools, dry and wet etch tools, photo coaters, and aligners. The candidate should possess good interpersonal and communication skills for working with a variety of project partners both locally and at remote locations.
