Overview

Requirements

- PhD in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or material sciences - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEMS processing - Experience in high aspect-ratio MEMS, electroplating, wafer bonding desired - Strong communication and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

The qualified applicant will lead the process integration effort for multi-disciplinary MEMS projects in a R&D environment. The individual must be able to work closely with other team members, as well as with other departments on cross functional issues. Responsibilities include various MEMS process module optimization.
