Postdoctoral Researcher

Overview

Myung’s laboratory, Deshusses’s laboratory, and Mulchandani’s laboratory in the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at the University of California at Riverside (UCR) are inviting applications for postdoctoral research positions starting September 2007 in the area of integrated chemical and biological sensor arrays, microfluidics, spintronics, nanoelectronics, thermoelectric micro generator, and NEMS. Applicants must have a doctoral degree in Chemistry, Physics or related Engineering disciplines. Appointments will be for one year with the possibility of reappointment on an annual basis in accordance with applicable personnel policies. Salary is dependent on qualifications. Requirements

Applicants must have a doctoral degree in Chemistry, Physics or related Engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

Design, fabricate and test integrated nanoelectronics, nanosensor arrays, and thermoelectrics devices.
