The desired engineer would work with a small team in an exciting and dynamic environment to move their MEMS technology toward a commercial product. Requirements- M.S. or Ph.D. Required - 5-plus years experience with MEMS fabrication processes in a production MEMS environment - Strong experience in semiconductor fabrication technology, including photolithography, wet and dry etching, thermal oxidation, and deposition - Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem solving skills - Excellent communication skills Responsibilities- Work to define, develop and improve process steps for MEMS device fabrication - Work with external foundry partners to implement and improve process flow and speed material through fabrication process - Work with mechanical/electrical designers to implement design changes in a manufacturable process flow - Improve manufacturability of the MEMS process flow ApplicationQualified candidates please send resume to jobs@memstaff.com |
