Overview

Creating revolutionary new MEMS resonators using your MEMS Design Engineering skills. This position will make good use of your MEMS Des skills using FEA tools, your demonstrated hands-on software skills, circuit design knowledge as well as project management skills to create next generation MEMS resonator products.

Requirements

Requirements • Master’s or PhD in ME, EE, or Physics with a minimum or 1 year year experience in MEMS design, simulation, layout, and processing. • Project management or group management experience required. • Experience with mask layout in Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Graphics C Station, L-Edit, AutoCAD or similar tool. • Commercial experience with product mask tape-out and supporting processes preferred. • Design rule check (DRC) implementation experience preferred. • A track record of successfully working with a multi-disciplinary team and solving complex technical problems. • A proven team player and innovator with strong communication skills and an ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Sr. MEMS Design Engineer Position Charter Responsible for next-generation resonator mechanical and electrical design including project management, concept, analysis, modeling, layout, documentation, revision control, test, and production support. What you'd really be doing? As part of an already solid MEMS design team, you will be developing new MEMS resonoator designs using COMSOL, Matlab, Autocad and Cadence. Use of anchor loads as frequency filtering methods, etc. Using your software skills, connect above development tools so that we can all wrap our minds around the data we are generating and the implications of the results. Function as a chip lead, thus interfacing with our talented mixed signal analog design engineering group. Establish MEMS design milestones and drive various designs to tapeout. Thus, there will be no shortage of intellectually stimulating and satisfying MEMS related projects to work on. And these products will be revolutionary.
