This Senior MEMS Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the manufacturing process development for various MEMS products. Requirements• M.S. in Electrical, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, Ph.D. desirable; • Broad knowledge of VLSI and MEMS processing technologies; • 5+ years experience with various silicon process equipment, preferably in a production environment; • 3+ years experience with the development and manufacturing of MEMS products; • Broad technical expertise/experience and ability to lead other engineers in this technical area; • 2+ years experience in technical project management; • Familiar with various MEMS design tools, such as L-Edit, ANSYS and Solidworks; • Proven technical creativity; • Excellent communication and planning skills; • Ability to travel internationally. Responsibilities• MEMS product transfer from development to manufacturing; • Manufacturing process development and integration; • Manage and interact with outside foundries and vendors; • Process yield improvement and SPC maintenance. Design and perform DOEs; • Provide guidance for junior engineers and training for operators and technicians; • Technical project management and development of final product; • Design various mechanical fixtures and custom testing systems.
