Requirements• Experience in MEMS processing and fabrication • Knowledge of common MEMS processing tools (RIE, metal evaporation, sputtering, wet etching, critical point drying) • 2+ years experience in industry desired • BS or equivalent industry experience Responsibilities• Work in a laboratory setting to process device samples • Perform resist spin-deposition and development • Perform regular e-beam lithography using a scanning electron microscope • Perform silicon lithography and etching in a clean room environment ApplicationTo apply please send a resume and cover letter to resumes@sand9.com.
