MEMS R&D Engineer

Overview

Fabrication, design and characterization of MEMS mirror arrays.

Requirements

MEMS processing experience. Experience managing foundries. Packaging of MEMS devices (wafer scale). Working knowledge of failure analysis tools. MEMS design for high yielding and robust parts. MASK layout using LEDIT. Finite element modeling (Ansys). Equipment automation for data collection. Hands on experience with wafer bonding and deep reactive ion etching. Project management and creation of clear and concise reports.

Responsibilities

Working with external foundries on design and process improvements. Characterization and reliability testing of mirrors. Packaging of MEMS mirrors.
