Requirements- Masters or Ph.D. degree in science or engineering required - Minimum of 5+ years of MEMS industry experience in the design, fabrication, packaging and characterization of MEMS sensors in the commercial scale - Proven design, analysis, fabrication and characterization skills of MEMS - Experience in wafer scale packaging of MEMS - A proven team player and innovator with an ability to work in a fast paced environment - Must speak fluent Chinese Responsibilities- Responsible for leading the effort to develop new commercial MEMS sensors. - Lead the effort in the design, fabrication, packaging and characterization of new MEMS sensors for automobile industry and consumer electronics - Design MEMS sensors to meet target system specifications - Design the process flow of prototyping the MEMS sensors - Design the process flow of manufacturing the MEMS sensors in the commercial scale - Develop the chip-scale and wafer-scale packaging schemes - Develop and implement testing and characterization strategies ApplicationSend your resume's (PDF preferred) to [email protected].
