Fix Fibre in Groove
Jun yao

Now, I am working on a structure that is used to switch a single mode fibre, and
I encountered a problem which should be easy for an experienced MEMS researcher.

My question is how to fix the fibre in the groove? Using some kind of glue? the
problem is that if the dimension of the groove is large, it is simple to put the
glue, hoever, the groove structure can not be released (takes a very long time
to do this), and if it is small, the structure will be fixed as well (stick to
the substrate) when the glue is used.

If you have an idea about this problem, please send me email. Thank you!

Sincerely yours,

Jun Yao
