Kris,
As an alternative you may want to think metal lift off. Using image
reversal 800 angstrom lines and spaces are possible. Also 40 micron thick resist
for thick, 20 angstrom metal plate up or lift off, is easy. let me know if you
need details. Bill Moffat

Dear members,

I am looking for a supplier who can supply positive

The plating bath i am using is of cyanide type and i
am looking for the photoresist that can resist cyanide
attack.

Thanks
