There are several MEMS design and simulation packages on the market. Each of
these are good, solid, reputable tools with their own pros and cons:
Coventorware  by Coventor
Intellisuite by Intellisense
MEMS Pro (PC) or MEMS Xplorer (Unix) plus ANSYS Multiphysics by MEMSCAP/ANSYS
