I am wondering whether the surface tension information, such as
hydrophobic or hydrophillic and the contact angle, of SU-8 is available.
Could anyone let me know any reference? I am also wondering if anyone
knows any sources for the absorptivity and permeability of cross-linked
SU-8 to gas and liquid.
