Is it purple in color? If so you can remove it easily by wiping with hydrogen
peroxide on occasion. Follow with a di water rinse then isopropal alcohol and
then pump your system to an appropriate base pressure. Condition the chamber by
running an etch cycle and you should be good to go. Bob Henderson
