I don't know about cheap, but you can try Kimble Physics.

Subject: [mems-talk] Looking for Vacuum Chamber

I'm looking for a cheap, small (around 6" x 6" x 3" or so) vacuum chamber
with electrical feedthroughs and a window. I need this to do some prototype
testing. The chamber needs to be able to pump down to 10^-6 or so but I
have a turbo and associated pumping systems I just need the chamber. If you
can provide a lead where I might find one please let me know.

Thanks!

Michael
