At WPI, we are in the process of putting together a clean room
(http://www.ece.wpi.edu/Research/IMNS/). I am interested in getting
aligners, spinners, wet benches, probe stations, any test equipment, or
pretty much anything else used for MEMS or semiconductor processing,
packaging and testing.
