Finding pressure sensor

Dear Mr. Chilcott,

For a new medical instumentation device that is currently being
developed, we are looking for capacitive pressure sensors.
In the mems-talk mailing list you wrote that Delphi makes silicon
capacitive pressure senors. Could you provide us with more information
on
the specifications of the sensors and where/how could we obtain such
sensors?

Best Regards,

Johan Coosemans
