I am looking to deposit an alternative material to ITO onto polyester film
and get some preliminary data (optical trasparency and electrical
conductvity). I envision 1200 angstroms, possibly varying O2 partial
pressure as a variable.

I can probably make test targets up to 3" diam. Anybody here in a position
to perform such deposition under subcontract?
