SDI Semi is looking to buy an STS cluster tool for cassette to cassette
operations fitted with HRM extra-high etch rate chambers.
Failing this, perhaps a system with Hi etch rate chambers or only one
standard chamber, so as we could get it upgraded for a contained price
by STS.
