I'm looking for information on the use polyimide as an interlayer insulator. I
got some info from the Berkeley Microlab homepage which talks about a specific
product called "PIX L110". Does anyone have any experience in the use of this
product? I'd appriciate any information on where I can purchase this product,
application, curing process, etc...
