SiC wafer surplus

2003-12-10
In march 2002 I have bought some 2 inch SiC wafers at Cree. The project for
which I needed them has ended and I now have some SiC wafer surplus which
I will not use anymore. Is anyone interested in purchasing them from me ?

I have 12 wafers of item 1 and 3 wafers of item 2 (see below).

If no one of you is interested, does anyone perhaps know a company
that would buy SiC wafer surplus ?

Item 1:
- Manufactured by: CREE
- 2 inch 6H wafers
- 0.02 - 0.2 ohm.cm
- n-type (nitrogen doped)
- 250 um thick (+/- 10 um)
- on-axis (0 30' max)
- Research grade
- Single side polished
- 12 wafers in stock

Item 2:
- Manufactured by: CREE
- 2 inch 6 H wafers
- 1 - 5 ohm.cm
- p-type (aluminum doped) !!!
- 410 um thick (+/- 10 um)
- off-axis (3.5 +/- 0 30')
- Research grade
- Single side polished
- 3 wafers in stock

With regards,

Arjan van Zuuk

P.S. in this project we haven developed a method for the deep dry etching
of SiC, which we
used for fabricating sharp SiC field emission tips. If you're interested,
let me know.
