Hi everybody, I am new in this field and I want to know about cantilever. I have
made 50microns thick cantilever on Si and then deposited diamond like carbon
from the other side of the membrane. I can apply force on my cantilever using
profilometer and can see its deflecting. I want to know now what can I get out
of it and how? If you know please help me by answering this question.
