I am looking for 5 pcs. of SOI-Wafers with a divice layer thickness of
around 300 -600 nanometer, preferably 400 nm.
Diameter: 100mm, P or N-type, resitivity about 20 ohm-cm, orientation: <100>

I have contacted major supplier and for 5 pcs. no interesst.

Maybe someone has 5 pcs. in stock and would like to sell it to us.
