MEMS technology survey deadline 1/31/04

Dear MEMS Talk users,

I wanted to remind folks that the deadline for the survey on
MEMS technology and industry that we are conducting with
SEMI is at the end of this month, specifically January 31, 2004
at 5:00 p.m. EST. If you would like to participate in this
survey please take the time to complete the survey and
send your responses back to us.

This survey on the MEMS industry is being conducted on behalf
of the SEMI Standards Working Group on MEMS technology.
As you probably know SEMI (Semiconductor Equipment
and Materials International) is the leading trade
organization and standards forming body for the semiconductor
industry. Recently SEMI has also initiated activities
in support of the MEMS industry.

We are asking leaders in the community, such as yourself, to complete
a survey questionnaire with the goal of better understanding the needs
and requirements for the MEMS industry. We believe that this
information will help MEMS manufacturers and their suppliers to better
understand the issues involved and thereby improve their products.

The survey is located at:
http://www.memsnet.org/survey/semi0104/

Your opinions on this topic are extremely important to us and we hope
that you will be able to spend the estimated 10-15 minutes of your
time to fill it out. In order to help encourage people in the
community to dedicate the time to this important task,
we will send a report of the results of the survey to those
who complete this survey, request a copy of the results, and
give us an email address to send the results.

Again, survey responses must be received by 5:00 p.m. on January 31, 2004
for consideration.

Sincerely,

Michael A. Huff
