Dear Greg,

By microscopic observation, the filler particles in Sylgard 184 seem to
be 1-20 microns in size, with an average size of approximately 10 microns.
You can have a look yourself by placing liquid pdms on glass and
spinning on a spin coater until the particles emerge from the fluid.
