Dear all,

I tryed to deposit PbS films by electron beam
evaporation at room temperature and later go for
annealing at 80 to 500 degree C. However, the XRD
results showed that the heat treated films are in
amorphous form.

May i know why was this happened? Is that possible to
deposit the crystallized PbS films by e-gun method?
