This issue has now been taken up by Coventor European support.  Once I have a
full solution I will post a summary to the newsgroup of how to solve this
problem in the future.  Given my past experience, once Support are involved, the
solution should be just around the corner.

I am using Coventorware and am writing a generator script to create a design
from parameterised input.  This works fine, until I try to build a hierarchical
design within a generator.
