Calculating deformed volume in Post processing

Dear friends,

I am using Ansys for my project work. I got a
question, performing the harmonic analysis. To put it
simple:

A force(load) is applied to a Shell type element for
which all the DOFs are constrained all along the
boundary. As a result, the shell deforms. Now, in post
processing, I need to find the volume between the
deformed and un-deformed positions. I am also
wondering, if there is any option like surface plots
(Ex.: I have the X,Y co-ordinates and I want to plot
these against, say the Displacement), apart from
Contour plot.

I really appreciate any kind of help.

Thanks,
Sreeram
