For the commercial PDMS kit, what you could do is curing it at certain
temperature for certain time; if not necessary, increase the curing time.

Usually, using SU-8 as mold to replicate PDMS structure needs a demolding agent,
which decreases surface energy of the mold. If without that demolding layer, the
PDMS would stick to the mold, which looks like the PDMS is not cured completely.

I use Su8 as a mold, its basically Su8 with small micron holes, most of the
area is Su8, I seem to have curing problem with PDMS on the mold, although
a 10;1 ratio was used
