Hello.
I am looking for the process condition of Au/Sn(20) eutectic bonding.
I found that the melting point of Au/Sn(20) alloy is 278℃. But I could not
find
how large pressure is required on bonding process.

If you have any information on Au/Sn bonding. please give me some
information.
