I' d like to have diffusion coefficients of gold and copper in SiO2 ( PECVD
deposition) and Si3N4 (PECVD) at 300°C and 400°C.
I'd like to find an analysis method ( surface contamination control ) for
metals like Au,Cu and Ni.
