Hi All,

I have a question to ask. Currently, I have a lot of test wafers. Those test
wafers are used as process controls. Most of them are deposited with LTO,
TEOS and some are implanted with dopants such as Boron, Arsine and
Phosphine.

Is there any way to recycle those test wafers?
