Hi Liu,

You can also spin a layer of adhesion promoter APS300 from Silicon Resources
before spinning the SU8. It worked for me.

Also, be extremely careful with the baking steps, specially the post
exposure bake, as if you cool down the samples too quickly the stresses
generated can produce peeling of the structures.....
