Hi.

I hava a problem which is bonding between PDMS and PS
(petridish).

On some papaers they said PDMS-PS bonding is possible.

I treated PDMS and PS on oxygen plasma in same condition which is successful
PDMS-glass bonding

But I couldn't successful PDMS-PS bond.

Is the power good enogh to change PS surface?

Could you tell me how to bond PDMS-PS?
