Bonding Kapton to glass

I don't know what happened with my original thread but let me try this
again: I'm looking for an adhesive/epoxy that will allow me to permanently
bond sheets of Kapton to glass slides. I need the adhesive to withstand
temperatures up to 300 deg C and be chemically resistant to most solvents
and acids used in cleanroom processes. I would prefer it if the adhesive
can be spin-coated on the glass prior to applying the Kapton but this is
not absolutely necessary. Any ideas? Thanks,

Joe
