dear community members,

I am searching for some information regarding incoupling of light into thin
films/waveguides. visible EM waves should be coupled from fibre into
waveguides of 1-2 um thickness (lateral dimensions arbitrary). I am
particular interested in the coupling elements. If you have read or know
about any literature/article/proceedings or are willing to share some of
your experience, I would be very thankful for any kind of such information.
