Hi all!

We are trying to modify surface properties of ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) using
oxygen plasma and/or (ozone + UV) treatments.
But we cannot find data about how long these modifications can "survive" in
air (seconds? minutes? days?).
Can you please give me any information?
