Hello Yilei,

Presuming you're not looking for mechanical robustness an easy solution
based approach is a dilute solution of any medium chain length perfluoro
triethoxysilane (or chlorosilane).  For example perfluoro octadecyl
trichlorosilane, diluted in ethanol (preferably anhydrous).
