Hello,

we are trying to cover PDMS (Dow Corning Sylgard 184) microstructures with
some kind of reflective materials (chrome, etc.).

We have thin pillar-like structures that need to be covered at the top
(diameter about 10µm). Have you any suggestions how that could be best
done,
so that adhesive forces between the covering layer and the PDMS structure
are strong enough so that the layer is not sheared off. Do you know of some
primers that could help increasing the adhesion? Would plasma-treatment help
us to increase the performance?

Yours kindly
Sebastian Große
