Another solution I've used is MS-111 from miller stephenson.
http://miller-stephenson.com/aero_010.htm

It'll attack all epoxies, dissolving most of them.  It won't dissolve su-8,
but will cause it to swell.

Also, oxygen plasma shouldn't attack SiC.
