  Hi Harshal,
             I am not sure if i am giving you the exact information you are
looking for but there are many ways to find the mechanical properties of thin
films. However, the simplest and easiest way would be tensile testing and 90
degrees peel testing. Of course, you should have appropriate instruments and PC
software to do that. One such instrument and service providing company is
Instron (www.instron.com).If you need precise calculations and data,
nanoindentation technique is the best one outside.I am sure you will lots of
information regarding these on google.I hope this info helps you.
