Can anyone suggest me a method to decontaminate Si substrate after Al
metallization and prepare the surface for wafer bonding without
affecting the Aluminum metal lines? I believe Piranha cleaning will
attack Aluminum lines? Will RCA cleaning help? Any help is greatly
appreciated.
