Biocompatible Glue for glass-to-glass bonding

We're looking for an adhesive to bond a glass(oxide) coated chip to a Pyrex
substrate. We can't use fusion bonding because the devices on our chips cannot
survive the chemicals & high temperature. So we're looking for an adhesive for
the bonding.

The glue needs to have the following characteristics:
- fast & low-temperature (<70C) curing
- biocompatible (should not outgas anything toxic)
- able to withstand IPA rinse.

If you have any recommendations, please let me know.
