Reg: black spots in PDMS

Hi,
I take precaution not to touch the cured PDMS in the clean room. When I bond
them, i make sure that I use a clean forceps to handle the PDMS. But when I view
under the microscope, I see some strands, which cannot be blown with dry air.
Looks like it has become a part of the PDMS. Also, I see numerous black spots on
PDMS. Has only one of you experienced this before. Any suggestion would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance..

Vishwa
