PDMS shrinkage problem

Hi, everyone,
I am facing an alignment problem associated with PDMS shrinkage.
I was trying to align and seal a PDMS slab on a glass slide. But I
found PDMS slab had a size change up to several percentage, after
peeled off from SU8 mold.
This made it impossible to well align the slab on glass slide.
(There are microfabricated patterns on the glass slide). Does anyone
have this problem before? How would you solve the problem?
I feel that I may have seen this problem reported somewhere, but
cannot find the publication now. Please help me out, thank you very
much. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
