   Need more information, what is the ceramic.  If it is alumina you
should have no problem with fluorene additive.  How high a temperature
has the resist seen, has it been ion implanted.  When you say gas flow
are you asking for mix ratio or actual gas flow. For this we would need
to know the plasma unit you are using. Bill Moffat
