SU8 and PDMS question

Hi Joe,

we used thin SU-8 films on glass substrate and observed a significant
background fluorescence strongly dependent on the SU-8 thickness. Use as thin
SU-8 layers as possible in order to increase the signal to noise ration.

Marie R., et al., "Immobilisation of DNA to polymerised SU-8 photoresist",
Biosensors and Bioelectronics, Article in Press (2005)

cheers!
Silvan
