I put together (with several collegues) a book "Silicon Sensors and
Microstructures", which introduces readers to MEMS technology and markets. The
book was published few times by NovaSensor between 1987-1991, and I believe it
is still available at Lucas NovaSensor ($25), tel 510-661-6100.
